- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Custom-built PCs may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- You will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent an incorrect or faulty item.
