We currently ship to the UK Mainland only. We reserve right to cancel order or charge additional fee on orders from outside standard couriers delivery areas.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 working days. Express shipping (1-3 working days) is available on all orders (for an additional charge). Please note that Brand New PC's and PC's built for order are not pre-assembled and we reserve another 5-7 working days to build them before shipping.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging where applies.

PC's build for customer's individual requests are non-returnable unless arrived faulty or wrong parts fitted. The same policy applies to Brand New PC's available on website.
