SHOPPING INFORMATION
What exactly happens after ordering?
Depending on order you make we may ship your product the same day or we may need to source necessary components to build the PC for you.
That happens when you customise your PC or you pick one of the pre-selected PCs that is not in the Next Day PCs section.
How long will delivery take?
Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 working days. Express shipping (1-3 working days) is available on all orders for an additional charge.
Please note that Brand New PC’s and PC’s built for order are not pre-assembled and we reserve another 5-7 working days to build them before shipping.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. You will receive email with invoice that is your proof of purchase and your warranty.
Please do not delete your invoice as we may ask for your order number or other details in order to accept warranty.
What delivery method do you use?
We exclusively use couriers like DPD and Evri because they use carbon neutral shipping which aligns with our eco-friendly ethos…
And because they provide fully insured, next-day delivery services.
Having shipped hundreds (if not thousands) of items, we ensure every package is fortified to guarantee your PC arrives in perfect condition.

We highly recommend checking the package for any visible damage before accepting it from the courier. If the product is damaged, incorrect, or not working despite this precaution, don’t worry! Contact our customer service team immediately, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please keep the original packaging and take clear photos of the product and any damage to help us process your claim faster. Your satisfaction is our priority!
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can contact us to request changes or cancellation, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, once the order is shipped, no changes can be made.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the product is in its original packaging, and in unused condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
