Shopla Delivery Policy

At Shopla, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable delivery service for our customers. Please review our delivery policy below to understand how we handle shipping and processing times.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping or deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or other remote locations.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is always free for all orders. There are no hidden costs or additional charges.

Processing & Delivery Times

We offer different processing times based on the type of PC you order:

Pre-Selected & Custom-Built PCs

• These PCs are not pre-built and require assembly, testing, and quality assurance.
• We aim to complete and ship these orders within 5-10 working days from the date of purchase.
• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1-2 working days.

Next Day PCs

• Our Next Day PCs are pre-built and ready for immediate dispatch.
• Orders placed before 12 PM (noon) are typically processed the same day or the next working day.
• Once shipped, these PCs are sent via next-day delivery.
• Next Day PCs are eligible for next-day processing only if no modifications are made to the original configuration and they come with the standard AX20 case. Any changes to the original setup will require additional assembly and re-testing, which may affect processing times.

Courier & Tracking

All orders are shipped via a trusted courier service. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, there may be occasional delays due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
