5. Returns & Refunds

• Customers may return a product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition.
• Refunds will be processed upon successful inspection of the returned product.
• Custom-built PCs are subject to a restocking fee.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
